  • Butter - 15 gr
  • Lemon juice - 0.5 tbs
  • Mustard - 1 tbs

COOKING METHOD
1. Open the lid of the multicooker and turn the knob to the "CLOSED" position (fry with the lid open). Press the "LEFT / RIGHT" buttons to set the program "FRY" , time 5 minutes and 1 temperature level. Press the "START" button .
2. Fry flour in butter until light golden brown, stirring constantly, add broth, bring to a boil. Add mustard to the finished sauce, mix.

COOKING METHOD: Open the lid and turn the handle to the CLOSED position (cook with the lid open). Press the buttons "MENU / SELECT" and "ENTER" , select the program "DRY" , set the time 20 minutes and 1 temperature level. Press the "START" button . Fry flour in butter until light golden brown. Add broth and salt, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. When serving, add mustard and lemon juice.
