Ingredients

  • Plums (sour) - 1000 gr
  • Sugar - 500 gr
  • Carnation - 2 pcs
  • Ginger - 50 gr
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbs

Preparation:
1. Wash the plums, cut into halves, remove seeds. Grate the ginger on a fine grater.
2. Put plums in a bowl for baking bread, cover with sugar, add lemon juice, stir and leave for several hours to completely dissolve sugar.
3. Before cooking, add ginger, cloves and turn on the Jam program.
4. Pour the finished jam into a jar.
Tip:
After cooking jam, jam, etc. Remove and thoroughly wash the inner lid of the multicooker to remove any sticky contamination.
