Buckwheat with mushrooms and basil - recipe

Ingredients
- Buckwheat groats (unground) - 2 glass
- Water - 4 glass
- Mushrooms - 300 gr
- Onion - 2 pcs
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbs
- Basil - 1 tsp
- Greenery - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation:
1. Cut the onion into half rings, cut the mushrooms into slices.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, put onions.
3. Run the Fry / Vegetables program for 15 minutes. Fry the onions, stirring occasionally.
4. Add mushrooms and continue frying until the end of the program.
5. Add washed buckwheat, herbs, basil, salt and pepper and pour in water. Mix.
6. Turn on the Porridge program for 40 minutes. Cook without stirring.
7. At the end of the program, keep covered for another 10-15 minutes.
Tip:
Champignons or porcini mushrooms are best for preparing this dish.
