Manty with pumpkin Directions
Multicooker firm: VITEK
VT-4209
Preparation:
1. Put finely chopped pumpkin pulp and onion in a bowl, add a little lard and turn on the Fry / Vegetables program for 20 minutes.
2. While stirring, simmer pumpkin and onion, then place on a sieve to dry. Transfer the pumpkin to a bowl, add pepper and salt and stir.
3. Put all the ingredients of the dough into a baking bowl and replace the dough using the Dough 2 program.
4. Roll out the finished dough thinly, as for dumplings, cut round cakes from the dough.
5. Put pumpkin on each flatbread and pinch the edges of the dough on top.
6. Place the manti in a steaming tray. Pour 1 liter of water into the multicooker bowl, place the tray in the bowl, close the lid and turn on the Cooking / Meat program for 35 minutes.
Note:
There are as many manti recipes as there are dumplings - with meat, fish, potatoes and any other vegetables. But the recipe with lamb and pumpkin is considered a classic.
Tip:
Manti should be served hot, sprinkled with melted butter on top, and sour milk should be served separately.
