Ingredients

  • For the test:
  • Water - 0.5 glass
  • Flour - 0.5 kg
  • Salt
  • Egg - 1 pcs
  • For filling:
  • Minced meat - 0.5 kg
  • Onion - 4 pcs
  • Carrot - 2 pcs
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbs

Chop the meat, pass it through a meat grinder, finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Mix all the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Combine flour, egg and salt in a bowl, add water and knead the dough. Roll into a ball, cover with a napkin and leave for 40 minutes. Then roll it into a layer about 1 mm thick. Cut into 10x10 cm squares.
Cut the dough into pieces and roll out, place the minced meat in the middle, and cover with a swirling motion.
Add 5 measuring glasses to the multicooker bowl. Place the steamer basket in the multicooker. Cook on Steam Cook 40 minutes.
