Preparation:
1. Peel the zucchini and cut into thin slices.
2. Cut the bread and cheese into small cubes, finely chop the onion and herbs.
3. Place zucchini slices in a bowl, add half a glass of water and Fry / Vegetable program for 10 minutes.
4. Let the zucchini in. Then add bread, cheese, butter, herbs and onions to the bowl, mix.
5. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables and stir again.
6. Switch on the program "Multi-cook" , set the temperature to 120 ° C for the mode "Convection" for 15 minutes.
Tip:
This dish can be served hot or cold as a vegetable snack. Separately, if desired, you can serve mayonnaise.
