Yoghurt mousse with strawberries and kiwi - recipe
Ingredients
- Strawberry - 400 gr
- Kiwi - 200 gr
- Gelatin - 12 tbs
- Vanilla sugar - 2 tsp
- Lemon - 1 pcs
- Yogurt - 400 gr
- Powdered sugar - 40 gr
- Cream 33% - 150 ml
- Mint tsp

Preparation:
1. Soak gelatin in 100 ml of cold water for 30 minutes, until the grains become transparent; then put on a sieve to glass the water.
2. Make mashed strawberries, mix with half the vanilla sugar.
3. Rinse the lemon, cut off the zest from it in thin strips, squeeze the juice from half of the lemon. Mix the yogurt with the icing sugar, the remaining vanilla sugar and lemon juice.
4. Melt the gelatin over low heat, without boiling, mix it with 3 tablespoons of yogurt, and then mix with the rest of the yogurt. Refrigerate.
5. Beat the cream. Once the yoghurt starts to gel, stir it with whipped cream, strawberry puree and refrigerate for 4 hours.
6. When serving kiwi, put in bowls, cover with yoghurt mousse. Decorate with mint and zest.
