Ingredients

  • Oranges - 1000 gr
  • Lemon - 1 pcs
  • Sugar - 1000 gr
  • Apple juice - 0.5 beaker

Preparation:
1. Wash oranges and lemon. Cut the zest off the fruit with a peeler, without touching the white layer. Cut the zest into thin strips. Cut the white layer of the peel and discard, and cut the pulp into circles (remove the bones).
2. Place a kneading paddle in a bowl for baking bread, put chopped peel and pulp, cover with sugar and leave for 2 hours. During this time, the oranges will give juice.
3. Add apple juice and start the Jam program.
4. Pour the finished jam into a jar.
Tip:
Orange jam has a spicy bitterness and rich aroma and goes well with chocolate pastries. It can be used to coat cakes or pastries.
