  • Assorted citrus fruits - 1000 gr
  • Sugar - 1000 gr

Preparation:
1. Fruit (pomelo, grapefruit, oranges, tangerines, lemons, kumquat), peel and seeds, cut into small slices of the same size.
2. Put fruits in a bowl, cover with sugar, stir and leave for 1 hour.
3. Switch on the program "Jam" for 1 hour.
4. Cook while stirring.
5. Pour the finished jam into a clean jar. Close the jar with a lid or parchment paper and tie with twine.
