Preparation:
1. Finely chop the garlic.
2. Pour olive oil into a bowl, turn on the "Fry" program for 10 minutes and lightly fry the garlic.
3. Add the tomato puree, basil and vinegar and turn on the Multi Cook program, select the Pressure setting (115 ° C, high), set the time to 20 minutes.
4. When the program is over, put broccoli, salt and pepper in a bowl and stir.
5. Close the lid and turn on the "Multipovar" program , set the temperature to 95 ° С and the time for 10 minutes. Stir gently before serving.
Tip:
Serve this dish immediately after cooking. Do not leave broccoli in the sauce for longer than the prescribed time, otherwise the broccoli will boil, lose color and the dish will look unappetizing.
