Ingredients
- Chicken liver - 500 gr
- Sour cream 15% - 100 gr
- Onion - 1 pcs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbs
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation:
1. Rinse the liver, remove the films, cut into small equal pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl and turn on the "Fry" program for 20 minutes.
3. Lightly fry the liver without closing the lid and stirring occasionally.
4. Add finely chopped onion and continue frying.
5. When the onion becomes transparent, add sour cream, close the lid and turn on the Stew program, select the Pressure mode, set the time to 20 minutes.
6. When serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley, serve with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
Tip:
If you grind this dish in a blender, you get a very tasty and delicate pate, which is suitable for baby food. In this case, do not add pepper during cooking.
