Preparation:
Wash the medlar, cut into halves, remove the core and put in the multicooker bowl. Pour water into a bowl, so that the water covers the medlar, add sugar and lemon juice. Run the Cook program for 20 minutes. Put the cooked medlar in the bowls. Turn on the program "Jam" for 1 hour and boil the syrup until thick. Pour the medlar with ready-made hot syrup. When the syrup has cooled, put the bowls in the refrigerator. Garnish with a sprig of mint when serving.
