Ingredients

  • Milk - 1000 ml
  • Yogurt - 1 bank
  • Egg - 1 pcs
  • Sugar - 50 gr
  • Strawberries (frozen)

Egg yogurt with strawberries Directions

Preparation:
1. Boil milk.
2. Beat the egg with sugar.
3. Mix the beaten egg with milk, bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly so that the egg does not curl.
4. Cool milk to 35–40 ° С.
5. Mix the cooled milk with the starter culture (or a bottle of drinking yogurt).
6. Pour the resulting liquid into a bowl and put on the "Yogurt" mode for 4-10 hours.
7. After finishing cooking, put the yoghurt in the refrigerator for final thickening.
8. Let thaw frozen strawberries and grind in a blender.
9. Mix berries with chilled yogurt.
Note: The longer the yoghurt is cooked, the thicker it will be, but the more sour the taste will be.

Preparation:
1. Boil milk.
2. Beat the egg with sugar.

4. Cool milk to 35–40 ° С.

6. Pour the resulting liquid into cups, close the lids. Place the cups in the bowl and add water, covering 2/3 of the cups. Turn on the mode "Yogurt" for 6-10 hours.

4. Cool the mixture to 35–40 ° С.

6. Pour the mixture into cups (or special molds for making yoghurt) and place the cups in the bowl. Close the lid and turn on the Yogurt program for 6 hours.
7. Put the prepared yoghurt in the refrigerator.
8. Grind the defrosted strawberries in a blender.
9. Mix berries with chilled yogurt.
