Iranian lamb fillet - recipe
Ingredients
- Lamb (fillet) - 400 gr
- Fat tail fat - 40 gr
- Apples - 2 pcs
- Onion - 1 pcs
- Garlic (cloves) - 3 pcs
- Lemon zest - 0.5 pcs
- Flour - 1 tsp
- Curry - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation:
1. Chop the onion, garlic, chop the meat into large cubes, lard into small cubes.
2. Fry the bacon in the preheated "Browning" mode.
3. Add onion and garlic, sprinkle with curry and cook for 6 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
