Krupenik with cottage cheese - recipe
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 150 gr
- Buckwheat - 1 beaker
- Milk - 2 beaker
- Water - 1 beaker
- Egg - 2 pcs
- Sugar - 1 tbs
- Butter - 1 tbs
- Salt - 0.5 tsp

Preparation:
1. Soak buckwheat in 1 multi-glass of salted water for 2 hours.
2. Pour milk into a bowl, add cereals and turn on the Milk porridge program for 45 minutes.
3. When the milk boils, add sugar and salt and cook for 15 minutes.
4. Then add cottage cheese, eggs, butter and sugar, grated through a sieve. Stir well, close the lid and cook until the end of the program without stirring.
5. Cut the finished cereal into portions with a spatula. Serve with sour cream.
