  • Water - 1.5 beaker
  • Milk - 3 beaker
  • Butter - 2 tbs
  • Sugar - 1 tbs
  • Salt

Preparation:
1. Sort the groats, rinse. Pour water into a bowl and turn on the Milk porridge program for 45 minutes. When the water boils, add cereal, mix.
2. When the water boils again, add sugar and salt. When the water has been absorbed, pour in the milk and cook until the end of the program, stirring occasionally. Put butter in the finished porridge.
Note: To speed up the cooking of buckwheat porridge, the cereal can be soaked in a glass of water for 2-3 hours. In this case, during cooking, you should boil the milk and add the swollen cereal. Cook while stirring.
