Corn milk porridge with sour cream - recipe

- Corn groats - 1 beaker
- Milk - 1.5 beaker
- Water - 1.5 beaker
- Sugar - 1 tbs
- Sour cream - 2 tbs
- Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
- Salt
- Butter

Preparation:
1. Rinse the groats. Pour milk and water into a bowl and turn on the Milk porridge program for 30 minutes.
2. When the liquid boils, add the cereal. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened. At the end of cooking, add sugar, salt and cinnamon.
3. Put sour cream, butter in the finished porridge, mix and leave under the lid for 5 minutes. Serve garnished with apple slices.
Note: To prevent milk from escaping, it must be diluted with water in a 1: 1 ratio. But when the bowl is fully loaded, boil control is nevertheless necessary. Otherwise, the liquid may boil away.
