Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Chop walnuts, onions, garlic and tomatoes with a knife, put in a separate container, add salt and spices, mix. Stuff the eggplant halves with the resulting mixture, wrap in foil and put in a multicooker bowl. Close the lid. Press the "Menu" button, press the "+" and "-" buttons to install the BAKERY program. Press the button "OK" twice, press the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking time to 45 minutes. Press and hold the "Start / Auto-heating" button for a few seconds. Cook until the end of the program.
Tip: Garnish the dish with fresh spinach and lime wedges.

Make longitudinal cuts in eggplants and remove seeds. Chop walnuts, onions, garlic and tomatoes with a knife, add salt, spices and mix. Stuff the eggplants with the resulting mixture, wrap them in foil and put them in a multicooker bowl. Close the lid. Press the "Menu" button to install the EXTINGUISHING program. Press the button "Timer / t ° C" , by pressing the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking time to 40 minutes. Press the button "Start / Auto-heating" . Cook until the end of the program.
Tip: Season the dish with thyme and marjoram.

RMC-M70

Cut the eggplants lengthwise and remove the inside with seeds. Chop walnuts, onions, garlic and tomatoes with a knife, add salt, spices and mix. Stuff the eggplants with the resulting mixture, wrap in foil and put in the bowl of a multicooker-pressure cooker. Close the lid. Set the program "BAKING" , temperature 145 ° С, cooking time 45 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program.
Tip:
decorate the dish with walnuts and lime wedges.
