Ingredients

  • Apple juice - 1 beaker
  • Water - 2 tbs
  • Starch - 1 tbs
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbs
  • Ginger (root) - 2 cm
  • Garlic (cloves) - 2 pcs
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbs
  • White vinegar - 1 tbs
  • Brown sugar - 2 tbs
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Sweet and sour sauce Directions

VT-4216

Preparation:
1. Finely chop the onion, ginger and garlic.
2. Stir the starch thoroughly in cold water.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl and turn on the "Fry" program for 10 minutes.
4. Fry the onion until transparent, then add the garlic and fry for another 1 minute.
5. Add ginger and cook, stirring occasionally, for another 1-2 minutes.
6. Pour in apple juice, soy sauce, vinegar, stir.
7. The sauce has time to boil until the end of the program. When it boils, add sugar and tomato paste, stir.
8. Pour in the starch, stir well and turn on the Sauce program for 5 minutes. Boil the sauce, stirring constantly.
Tip:
To prepare this sauce, you can use ready-made pasteurized juices, but it is better to take natural juice with a sour taste. Serve with dishes of Chinese, Thai cuisine, as well as fried meat.

Preparation:
