Ingredients

  • Pumpkin - 100 gr
  • Millet - 1 beaker
  • Water - 2 beaker
  • Milk - 1.5 beaker
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Millet milk porridge with pumpkin Directions

Preparation:
1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes.
2. Sort the millet and rinse with cold running water. Pour the washed millet with a glass of boiling water, drain the water after 5 minutes to remove the bitterness (if the millet is of the highest grade, then it is not necessary).
3. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, stir, close the lid and turn on the Porridge mode for 25 minutes.
4. When it boils, open the lid and stir. Cook under the lid, stirring frequently.
Tip:
If desired, you can add raisins to the millet porridge.

Preparation:
1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes.
