  • Breadcrumbs - 0.5 beaker
  • Egg - 2 pcs
  • Butter - 3 tbs

Preparation:
1. Wash cabbage and disassemble into inflorescences. Beat eggs with a fork.
2. Pour 1 liter of water into the bowl, put the cabbage in the steaming tray, place the tray in the bowl. Close the lid and turn on the Vegetables / Steam setting for 20 minutes. At the end of cooking, remove the tray, pour out the water from the bowl.
3. Put oil in a bowl and turn on the Vegetables / Frying setting for 20 minutes. Dip the cabbage inflorescences in beaten eggs and roll in breadcrumbs.
4. Put the cabbage in well-heated oil and fry evenly on all sides until golden brown. Serve with sour cream.
Tip:
You can use ready-made bread crumbs or make your own. For this, pieces of white bread must be grated with garlic, dried in the oven, then chopped with a meat grinder or blender.
