Boiled shrimp with garlic sauce - recipe
Ingredients
- Shrimp - 500 gr
- Bay leaf - 1 pcs
- Salt - 1 tbs
- Garlic (cloves) - 3 pcs
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbs
- Dry white wine - 150 ml
- Parsley

Preparation:
1. Defrost the shrimp, remove the intestinal vein, rinse. Chop the garlic.
2. Pour 2 liters of water into the bowl, close the lid and turn on the Fish / Cooking mode for 25 minutes.
3. Put salt and bay leaf in boiled water, lower the shrimps and cook without closing the lid until the end of the program.
4. Put the boiled shrimp in a colander. Pour the water out of the bowl, rinse the bowl and wipe dry.
5. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, add garlic and turn on the Fish / Fry setting for 10 minutes. Fry the garlic until light golden brown, 1-2 minutes.
6. Place the shrimps in a bowl and fry, stirring continuously, for 5 minutes.
7. Pour in wine, stir and let it boil until the end of the program.
8. Put the shrimp on a dish, sprinkle with herbs.
