Cabbage rolls with meat - recipe

Ingredients

  • White cabbage (leaves) - 6 pcs
  • Minced pork - 100 gr
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Rice - 0.33 beaker
  • Ghee butter - 1 tsp
  • Meat broth - 2 beaker
  • Tomato paste - 1 tbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cabbage rolls with meat Directions

VT-4218

Preparation:
1. Remove the top large leaves (5-6 pieces) from the cabbage head.
2. Pour 2 liters of water into a bowl, add 1/2 tsp. salt and turn on the Vegetables / Cooking mode for 30 minutes.
3. When the water boils, dip the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove and put in a colander so that the water glass.
4. Pour the washed rice into water, stir and cook until the end of the program (7-8 minutes). Rinse the cooked rice with cold water and discard in a colander.
5. Mix the minced meat with rice and finely chopped green onions, salt.
6. Lightly beat off the hard veins from cabbage leaves (or carefully cut off the thickenings). Put the filling on the leaves and roll up with an envelope.
7. Grease the bowl with butter, put the cabbage rolls.
8. Turn on the Vegetable / Frying mode for 10 minutes. Fry cabbage rolls lightly on both sides.
9. Stir the tomato paste in the broth, add salt and pour the cabbage rolls. Close the lid and turn on the Cabbage rolls mode for 40 minutes.
10. Serve with sauce obtained during stewing, serve sour cream separately.
Tip:
Can be served with sour cream sauce (see Recipe "Sour cream sauce for boiled meat").

Preparation:
1. Remove the top large leaves (5-6 pieces) from the cabbage head.
2. Pour 2 liters of water into a bowl, add 1/2 tsp. salt and turn on Vegetable Cooker for 25 minutes.
3. When the water boils, dip the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove and put in a colander so that the water glass.
4. Pour the washed rice into water, stir and cook until the end of the program (7-8 minutes). Rinse the cooked rice with cold water and discard in a colander.
5. Mix the minced meat with rice and finely chopped onion, season with salt.
6. Lightly beat off the hard veins from cabbage leaves (or carefully cut off the thickenings). Put the filling on the leaves and roll up with an envelope.
7. Grease the bowl with butter, put the cabbage rolls.
8. Turn on the Vegetable / Frying mode for 10 minutes. Fry cabbage rolls lightly on both sides.
