Soak cabbage leaves in boiling water (95 ° С) for 5 minutes. Minced meat, onion and garlic through a meat grinder, add rice, egg, salt and spices, mix everything thoroughly. Put a small portion of minced meat on each cabbage leaf and wrap tightly. Mix sour cream, flour and water in a separate bowl until smooth. Put stuffed cabbage in a multicooker bowl and pour over the resulting sauce. Close the lid. Using the button "Menu" select the program "SOUP - STEWING" , then pressing the button "Cooking time" set the time to 1 hour. Press the "Start" button , cook until the end of the program.
Tip: stuffing for cabbage rolls can also be made from mushrooms, vegetables and boiled rice.
