Tie gauze tightly and hang over the sink. When the whey drains, transfer the curd to a separate container, mix with whipped butter and yolks until smooth. Put the resulting mass into the multicooker bowl, use the Menu button to install the SOUP - STEWING program. Use the Cooking time button to set the time to 10 minutes. Press the Start button.
