  • Pork (fillet) - 500 gr
  • Bulb onions - 200 gr
  • Prunes - 100 gr
  • Live beer - 150 ml
  • Vegetable oil - 15 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the meat and cut into 2-2.5 cm cubes, the onion into 1-1.5 cm cubes, cut the prunes in half. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl, add beer, oil, salt, spices and mix. Close the lid, use the Program selection button to set the EXTINGUISHING program, use the Cooking time button to set 1 hour Press the Start button, cook until the end of the program.
Tip: add thyme and rosemary sprigs to the dish while cooking.
