Ingredients

  • Chicken (breast) - 150 gr
  • Lettuce leaves - 200 gr
  • Tomatoes - 100 gr
  • Sweet pepper - 100 gr
  • Cucumbers - 100 gr
  • Hard cheese - 100 gr
  • White bread croutons - 30 gr
  • Olive oil - 20 ml
  • Soy sauce - 20 ml
  • Balsamic vinegar - 10 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Caesar salad with chicken Directions

Rinse the fillet, cut into 1 cm cubes together with tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, pick lettuce leaves with your hands. Put the fillet in a multicooker bowl, add oil, sauce, salt, spices and mix. Close the lid, use the Program Selection button to set the FAST program, use the Cooking time button to set 5 minutes. Press the Start button, cook until the end of the program, stirring occasionally. Lay out the ingredients in layers in the following sequence: lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, chicken fillets, croutons and grated cheese. Pour balsamic vinegar over the salad.

Lay out the ingredients in layers in the following sequence: lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, chicken fillets, croutons and grated cheese. Pour balsamic vinegar over the salad.
