Dissolve honey in water, dip gelatin into it for 30 minutes, then stir until it is completely dissolved. Put raisins and dried apricots in the bowl of a multicooker-pressure cooker, pour a mixture of water with honey and gelatin, mix. Without closing the lid, set the BREWING mode. Continuously stirring the mixture, bring it to a boil, end the mode by pressing the Heat / Cancel button. Pour the finished mixture into molds and refrigerate for 2 hours until it solidifies.
Tip: if you wish, you can add prunes to this dessert.
