Pour milk into the multicooker bowl, set the "multi-cook" program to 100 ° C for 15 minutes. Add semolina, salt, 5 g of butter to boiling milk and cook for 2-3 minutes. Leave covered for 20 minutes. Then add the egg, mix, form meatballs from the resulting mass, breaded in breadcrumbs. Fry the meatballs on the “multi-cook” program at 150 ° C in butter, then close the lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Breadcrumbs can be substituted for a mixture of flour and hard cheese. Serve as a main course, serve with sour cream or yogurt.
