  • Beef (pulp) - 500 gr
  • Butter - 4 tbs
  • Salt pcs
  • Pepper pcs
  • Greenery pcs

Prepare the meat, cut into pieces 1.5-2 cm thick and beat well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the "Fry" program and fry the entrecotes on both sides until tender.
Tip:
Pour over the meat with the juice obtained by frying. Serve fried or boiled potatoes for garnish.
