  • Champignons - 10 pcs
  • Ham - 150 gr
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Red pepper (ground) pcs
  • Bulgarian red pepper pcs
  • Red wine - 1 beaker
  • Vegetable oil pcs
  • Salt pcs

Wash the mushrooms, peel, remove the legs and gently scrape the flesh out of the caps. Chop the legs, mushroom pulp, ham, onion, garlic very finely, salt, pepper, mix everything. Fill mushroom caps with prepared minced meat. Put them in the multicooker bowl, add all the other ingredients. Cook with the Baking program.
