Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Using the Frying program or Baking , fry the grated carrots and onions, add a little water and fry for 10 minutes. Disable the Frying / Baking program. Add washed bulgur to sautéed vegetables. Pour water, add salt, spices. Cook on the program "Pilaf" .
