Stewed squash - recipe
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 1 pcs
- Bulb onions - 1 pcs
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs
- Cream - 200 gr
- Garlic - 1 pcs
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbs
- Dill - 4 tbs
- Salt

• Chop the onion and garlic. Place in a multicooker bowl along with vegetable oil.
• Press the MENU button to select FRY .
• Press the COOKING TIME button and then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 5 minutes. Click START .
• Peel the zucchini, cut into slices, salt.
• Cut the tomatoes into slices.
• Place the sliced courgettes and tomatoes in the multicooker bowl.
• Press the MENU button to select EXTEND .
• Press the COOKING TIME button, then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 20 minutes. Click START .
• After 10 minutes add sour cream or cream and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
• Sprinkle chopped herbs on the finished dish and serve.
Tips
• The total amount of food and water must not exceed the maximum ingredient mark on the inside of the bowl.
• Use a Philips hand blender or Philips Multi-slicer to cut and shred vegetables.

• Chop the onion and garlic. Place the onions in a multicooker bowl along with the vegetable oil.
• Press the MENU button to select FRY . Press the COOKING TIME button, then use the + and - buttons to set the cooking time to 25 minutes. Click the START button.
• Saute the onions for 5 minutes, then add the zucchini, cut into 2.5-3 cm cubes, and saute for another 10 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into 2.5-3 cm cubes. After 10 minutes, add the tomatoes and garlic to the bowl. Then add cream, salt and pepper. Stir, close the lid before the end of the program.
• At the end of the program, carefully remove the inner bowl from the multicooker. Place the zucchini on a plate, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.
Tips
• You can make the squash without cream and add sour cream to the hot dish during serving.
• If you want to make the dish vegetarian, replace the cream with tomato juice. It will turn out to be no less tasty.
