  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • Apples - 2 pcs

Peel and seed apples. Cut first into thick slices, and then cut each across into large (~ 1.5 cm) slices (prisms). Dip them in cinnamon. Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer for 3 minutes. Add vanilla sugar and sifted flour mixed with baking powder, stir for another 20-30 seconds. Gently mix apples and dough with a spoon. Grease the bottom and bottom of the sides of the bowl with margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour out the dough. Cook on BAKING mode for 50 minutes. Turn the finished charlotte on a dish and decorate to taste.
