Ingredients

  • Goose - 1 pcs
  • Pork fat - 80 gr
  • Butter - 80 gr
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Flour - 2 tbs
  • Butter - 2 tbs
  • Red wine - 0.5 glass
  • Bouillon - 0.5 l
  • Black pepper (peas) - 8 pcs
  • Nutmeg (grated) - 0.5 tsp

Salt the prepared goose and fry in melted butter with grated nutmeg on the "FAST" mode until golden brown. Then add chopped onions, black peppercorns, red wine, broth (beef) and cook under high pressure on the "MEAT" mode for 30 minutes. Take out the finished goose and cut into portions. Season the juice with flour fried in oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
