  • Fresh mushrooms - 600 gr
  • Cabbage - 300 gr
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Potatoes - 4 pcs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper (ground)
  • Bay leaf
  • Cumin (grains)

Peel, rinse and chop the mushrooms. Fry them on the "FAST" mode for 10 minutes with a little vegetable oil. Then put the chopped vegetables. Season with salt, pepper, bay leaf, caraway seeds. Pour in 3 liters of water and cook at high pressure on SOUP for 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream and herbs.
