  • Meat (fillet) - 500 gr
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Carrot - 2 pcs
  • Parsley (root) - 2 pcs
  • Garlic - 3 clove

  • Black pepper (peas) pcs
  • Water - 3 l

Pour the processed by-products and meat soaked in water with water and cook on the "STEWING" mode for 6-7 hours. Add onions, carrots, parsley, salt and spices one hour before cooking. Separate the finished offal from the bones, chop the meat and arrange on plates, add finely chopped garlic. Pour over strained broth and cool.
