Grate the beets and fry on the "FRY" mode . At the very end, pour in a tablespoon of vinegar. Then add onions, carrots, tomatoes and continue to fry. Then put the chopped potatoes, chopped tops and beet stalks. Pour with broth (or water) and cook on SOUP for 1.5 hours. After 30 minutes, add a handful of prunes. Salt, peppercorns, bay leaves. Season with sour cream before serving.
