Cream soup - recipe
Ingredients
- Broccoli - 500 gr
- Leek - 200 gr
- Bulb onions - 100 gr
- Carrot - 100 gr
- Sour cream - 60 gr
- Butter - 20 gr
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Water - 1.5 l
- Salt
- Spice

1. Cut the leek and onions into medium half rings.
2. Cut the carrots into 1 cm cubes.
3. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Install the program "EXTINGUISHING" , 10 minutes. Press the START button. And put the onion in the bowl.
4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the end of the program.
5. Add carrots and broccoli to the multicooker bowl, pour everything over with water, add salt and spices, mix. Close the lid. Set the program "Cooking" , cooking time 30 minutes. Press the START button. Cook until the end of the program.
6. Pour the finished soup into a separate container and beat with a blender. Then add butter and sour cream to the soup, mix. You can sprinkle with grated cheese.
7. Serve with toasted bread or croutons.
