- Sugar - 170 gr
- Flour - 100 gr
- Butter - 100 gr
- Vanillin - 5 gr
- Strawberry syrup - 50 ml

1. Grind cookies, add butter, flour, one egg, mix until smooth.
2. Put the resulting dough into a multicooker bowl, level, make sides.
3. Separate the white of the remaining eggs from the yolk. Beat the protein until a persistent white foam, without stopping beating, gradually add sugar.
4. Gently mix whipped egg whites with cheese and add vanillin. Stir until smooth.
5. Put the finished filling in a multicooker bowl on the dough and smooth. Close the lid.
6. Install the program "DESSERTS" . Set the cooking time with the Timer button for 1 hour 30 minutes. Press the Start button.
7. Cook until the end of the program. Cool the finished cheesecake. Drizzle with strawberry syrup before serving.
