  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar - 6 tbs
  • Quince - 600 gr

Cut the quince into slices. Put quince, sugar, cinnamon in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Cook on STEAMING / STEAMING mode for 1.5 hours.
