  • Fresh mushrooms - 500 gr

  • Rice - 2 beaker
  • Water - 2 beaker
  • Tomato sauce - 4 tbs

Mushroom pilaf with vegetables Directions

Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan. Add chopped mushrooms. Add the vegetables, cut into small cubes. Put the rice, washed until clear water. Cover with water or broth. Add herbs, spices and salt to taste. Cook in the program "Groats" according to the instructions.
