Ingredients

  • Ghee butter - 30 gr
  • Sugar - 1 tbs
  • Honey (melted) - 1 tbs
  • Wheat flour - 200 gr
  • Flour (oatmeal) - 150 gr
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Dry yeast) - 20 gr
  • Water - 245 ml

1. Stir honey and ghee in warm water.
2. Add sugar, salt, 100 g wheat flour, 150 g oat flour and yeast.
3. Place the dough in a warm place for 1 hour, after covering it with a clean napkin.
4. After the time has passed, add the remaining flour. Knead for about 5-7 minutes.
5. Form the bread and place it in the multicooker bowl.
6. To get real English bread, grease the top with ghee and sprinkle with oatmeal.
7. Turn on the program "BREAD Maker" .
8. Remove brown and aromatic bread from the multicooker bowl, let it cool slightly, remove excess flour from above.
