Sweet pilaf - recipe
Ingredients
- Rice - 600 gr
- Bulb onions - 1 pcs
- Carrot - 1 pcs
- Dried apricots - 1 pcs
- Prunes - 1 pcs
- Raisins - 200 gr
- Butter - 100 gr
- Spice - 1 package
- Water - 500 ml
- Salt pcs

1. Cut the onion into half rings, carrots into thin strips, rinse the dried fruits thoroughly in warm water.
2. Rinse the rice thoroughly in cold water.
3. Put the butter in a multicooker bowl and fry the onions and carrots on it using the FRYER program.
4. Add dried fruits, salt and spices to the bowl, put rice and pour boiling water 1–1.5 cm above the rice level.
5. Install the program "KRUPY" for 1 hour.

4. Pour vegetable oil into a multicooker bowl and fry onions and carrots on it, add dried fruits, salt and spices, put rice and pour boiling water 1 - 1.5 cm above the rice level.
5. Install the program "Milk porridge / cereals"
6. Serve hot with dried fruit pieces.
