Ingredients

  • Beef (fillet) - 400 gr
  • Pork fat - 1 tbs
  • Pork fat - 50 gr
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs
  • Bulb onions - 1 pcs
  • Meat broth - 1 glass
  • Mustard - 1 tbs
  • Salt pcs
  • Black pepper (ground) pcs

1. Grease the meat with mustard and cut into small cubes. Fry on hot fat in a multicooker bowl until golden brown on the FRYING program .
2. Peel onions and potatoes and cut into large slices.
3. Finely chop the bacon.
4. Place vegetables and bacon in a multicooker bowl for fried meat. Add broth, salt and pepper.
5. Cook for 1 hour with the STEWING program , stirring occasionally.

Grease the meat with mustard and cut into small cubes. Fry in hot fat in a skillet until golden brown.
Peel onions and potatoes and cut into large slices. Finely chop the bacon.
Place the fried meat, vegetables and bacon in the multicooker bowl. Add broth, season with salt and pepper, cook for an hour, stirring occasionally.
Let it sit for another 15 minutes.
