- Beef - 500 gr
- Dry red wine - 0.5 bottle
- Celery (root) - 100 gr
- Bulb onions - 1 pcs
- Carrot - 2 pcs
- Champignons - 100 gr
- Raw smoked bacon - 100 gr
- Flour - 1 tbs
- Thyme - 1 sprig
- Carnation - 3 pcs
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs
- Parsley - 1 bundle
- Salt
- Black pepper (ground)
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Zira (Kumin) - 0.5 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbs

1. Cut the beef, onion, carrot, celery root into medium cubes. Cut the champignons into wedges, the bacon into slices.
2. Rub the beef with salt and pepper, roll in flour.
3. Pour some oil into a slow cooker, add beef, onion, celery root, mushrooms, bacon. Set the BAKING / FRYING mode for 20 minutes.
4. After the end of the mode, pour wine, add spices (cloves, bay leaves, thyme, cumin, sugar). Set the STEAMER / SOUP mode for 2 hours.
