Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil - 50 gr
  • Zucchini - 2 pcs
  • Tomatoes - 3 pcs
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Salt - 5 gr
  • 4 Pepper Mill Mix - 1 pinch
  • For serving: pcs
  • Fresh herbs - 1 bundle

Zucchini with tomatoes and onions Directions

1. Cut the courgettes and tomatoes into 1 cm thick slices.
2. Pass the garlic cloves through a press.
3. Finely chop the onion.
4. Rub the prepared zucchini with salt, pepper mixture and garlic.
5. Pour sunflower oil into a multicooker pan and heat it on "HOT" , cooking time - 30 minutes.
6. Place the finely chopped onion in heated oil and fry until golden brown, stirring constantly.
7. Add the zucchini and tomatoes and brown until tender.
8. Transfer the toasted vegetables to a deep bowl.
9. Decorate the dish with finely chopped herbs and serve.
