Ingredients
- Spinach - 100 gr
- Sorrel - 100 gr
- Chard - 100 gr
- Carrot - 1 pcs
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Onion - 1 pcs
- Potatoes - 2 pcs
- Salt - 10 gr
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs
- Water pcs
- Black pepper (peas) - 5 pcs

- Boiled egg - 5 pcs
- Sour cream 20% - 150 gr

Green cabbage soup Directions

1. Cut the spinach, shavel and chard into coarse strips.
2. Cut potatoes into cubes, carrots into strips, use whole onion.
3. Place the prepared ingredients from step 2 in the multicooker pan, add water, salt, bay leaf and pepper. Cook on BOIL / SOUP for 35 minutes.
4. Remove the onion from the pan, add chopped spinach, sorrel and chard leaves. Cook without a lid, bring the cabbage soup to a boil using BREW / SOUP .
5. Pour the green cabbage soup into deep bowls, garnish with halves of boiled eggs, season with sour cream and serve.
