  • Apricots - 16 pcs
  • Olive oil - 100 ml
  • Lavender flowers - 1 tbs
  • Honey (liquid) - 3 tbs
  • Almond - 60 gr

Preparation:
Break the apricots in half, remove the pits. In a multicooker bowl, on "Fry vegetables" mode, fry the apricots in olive oil.
Add honey, lavender and crushed almonds. Cover with a lid. Cook on Low Pressure for 8 minutes.
Serve with sorbet or frozen nougat.
