- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Potatoes - 300 gr
- Milk - 200 ml
- Water - 300 ml
- Nutmeg pcs
- Grated cheese - 60 gr
- Cream - 200 ml

Place the cauliflower and the peeled and quartered potatoes in a bowl. Add water and milk. Season with salt and cover. Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
Open and mix with a mixer in a separate container.
Pour the soup into a multicooker container and turn on the Keep hot setting. Add cream, grated cheese and some grated nutmeg. When serving, add a few thin slices of toasted bacon and some ground pepper.
